Prices & Seasonal Rates 2026/2027

Enjoy relaxing days in our holiday apartment – at any time of the year.

We are happy to prepare a personalized and non-binding offer for you.

All prices are per apartment and night in euros, including statutory taxes, excluding local tourist tax and final cleaning.

To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. Please make the deposit within seven days. Once the payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed and your appointment will be secured.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29–14 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
13–7 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
From 6 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
No-show = 100% cancellation fee. We’d rather have you here than on the invoice.

The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total booking amount.
